About Vendoor Technologies, the Missouri company behind the Vendoor Vision camera trailer.
Vendoor started with two things that happened on construction sites. Adam, one of our founders, got locked in the ceiling space of a building he was working on. Nobody knew he was there, and he spent the night with no food, no water, no phone and no bathroom. Then two workers died in a fire on another site, because the evacuation plan hadn't been updated. Their families found out because the two of them live-streamed it, trying to get help.
We're not going to pretend a camera trailer fixes all of that. But it's the reason we get up. Nobody should be on a site that nobody is watching.
Construction runs on real-world information that mostly never gets written down. What happened on site today lives in a super's head and a handful of manual reports. We want the trailer to be the record: the thing the other tools, and the AIs that will sit on top of them, draw from to make sites safer, quicker and better built.
We're new. Our first four trailers go on site in Missouri this month. If you're nearby, we'd like to talk. If you're not, tell us anyway, and if enough people in an area ask, we'll come.

One price and no fine print. A team that stays on the job when the subs rotate, and that tells you when something isn't ready yet. Built in Missouri by people who've worn the boots.
