VendoorHub is a construction site camera trailer built by Vendoor Technologies. We tow it in, park it and switch it on, usually the same day, with Starlink internet on board and alerts for the things you select to hear about. You don't need an electrician or a permit.

The software checks the video for missing PPE and unsafe conditions and sends the super an alert the same shift.

After hours

If someone comes onto site after hours you get an alert with the clip, and the trailer can play a warning over its speaker.

What the software looks for

Nobody has the hours to scrub through footage. The software checks the video for the events you select and sends an alert, with the clip, to the people you choose.

Site safety risks

Flags unsafe conditions on camera so the super can sort them out that shift.

Unauthorized access after hours

People or vehicles on site outside working hours raise an alert, not a log entry nobody reads.

PPE violations

Detects the PPE you configure as required and records where and when it was missing.

LiDARIn testing

LiDAR, which we're testing now

LiDAR scans the site with laser pulses and builds a 3D model you can measure from.

Say the super needs to know how much fill is left in the north stockpile, or whether the slab edge is where the drawings say. Instead of a drive out and a tape, someone opens the latest scan and knows exactly where things stand.

Send the plans or walk the project with us. We work out where it should sit, bring it out, and keep it running until the job's finished. We're based in Missouri, so the closer you are, the sooner it arrives.

Starlink satellite internet is on the trailer and shared across the site as Wi-Fi. There's no provider install and no trenching, so it works on sites that don't have service yet.

No. It's self-contained. You don't need an electrician or a permit.
It depends on where you are. We're based in Missouri, so nearby sites can have it within days, and it's usually running the day it arrives. Further away takes longer. We give you a date before you commit.
At least 90 days on a rolling basis. If the job needs longer, ask and we'll extend it.
Month to month, no minimum term. Keep it for the life of the job, or two weeks, and stop when you're done.
Weather and normal wear are on us. We maintain the trailer and swap it out if it needs replacing.
Yes. Procore, Autodesk, Sage, Monday.com, Teams, Slack, Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive are all connected today. If you run something that isn't on that list, ask. If we can connect it, we will.
It's on the trailer and in testing now. Ask us and we'll tell you where it stands.
The trailer is towable. We reposition it or add a second unit when the work moves, and the price per unit doesn't change.
We're in Missouri, so Missouri and the states around it first. If you're further away, tell us anyway. If enough people in an area ask, we'll come, and we'll be honest about when.
We're new. Our first four trailers go on site this month, and we're building more.
